Orlando Attorney Steven Kramer is a Florida Attorney and founder of the Kramer Law Firm, a full-service Law Firm.

Community

Mr. Kramer is a native Floridian and has lived in Central Florida since 1987. He is a graduate of Lake Mary High School in Lake Mary, Florida.

Mr. Kramer is a leader in the Central Florida Community. He currently serves as President of the prestigious William's Inn of Court, previously served as President of the Seminole County Bar Association, President of the Seminole County Legal Aid Society, Co-Founder and Director of the Seminole County Young Lawyers Division, and is a Member of the Florida Council of Bar Association Presidents and other organizations.

Mr. Kramer is also a weekly featured guest and legal commentator on the SBK Live show on Real Radio 104.1 WTKS and a weekly guest on the nationally syndicated Monsters of the Morning Show also on Real Radio 104.1 WTKS and Sirius XM.

Mr. Kramer also educates and trains other Florida attorneys on various legal issues and strategies in Continuing Legal Education seminars. He teaches and trains other attorneys on Foreclosure Defense and he has developed new defenses to foreclosure and innovative new strategies to defend foreclosure cases.

Values

Mr. Kramer was very influenced by his grandparents and they played an important role in his life; this role has shaped the Kramer Law Firm's focus on old-fashioned values like "my word is my bond." While never losing sight of his traditional roots, Mr. Kramer runs the firm with the most innovative technology and management techniques. The firm is committed to giving every client the best possible experience with a lawyer. Even though the Kramer Law Firm advertises, Mr. Kramer believes that "word of mouth" referrals from existing clients and the business community are the key to success. Mr. Kramer also believes that achieving results and taking care of clients will ensure that clients refer business and stick with the Kramer Law Firm for life.

Giving Back

Mr. Kramer believes that he owes his success to the contribution of others in his life. Therefore, Mr. Kramer has and always will give back to the community. Mr. Kramer has served as Director for the Seminole County Legal Aid Society since 2009 and served as its President from 2010-2011. In 2010, Mr. Kramer was recognized by the Florida Supreme Court for his Pro-Bono Service and received the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. He also received The Distinguished Pro Bono Award from the Seminole County Legal Aid Society in 2009, the Service Award from the Brevard County Bar Association in 2010, the President's Award from the Seminole County Legal Aid Society in 2010, the Distinguished Pro-Bono Service Award for his representation of indigent foreclosure defendants in 2009 from the Seminole County Legal Aid Society, and he was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court to his Pro-Bono Advisory Committee in 2011. Mr. Kramer has also been involved in numerous non-legal charitable endeavors including serving as a Director for a non-profit alcohol and addiction rehabilitation program, and Director for the Florida Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Drive and Creativity

Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a B.A. in political science and a minor in history with highest honors. Mr. Kramer completed his undergraduate degree in only three years and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Kramer earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002. Mr. Kramer also earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002.

Mr. Kramer and his wife have two daughters and are expecting their third child. Mr. Kramer always makes time for his family despite his full schedule. He composes music, writes and exercises vigorously in his free time.

Mr. Kramer plays multiple musical instruments and keeps them nearby; he has a guitar, piano and ukulele in his office. Mr. Kramer believes that the challenges of mastering music will keep his mind keen, his demeanor humble, and that the creativity it fosters will serve his clients well by giving him the insight to approach every case fresh and to develop innovative and unique strategies. This creativity and drive is part of what distinguishes Steve Kramer from other attorneys.
